The following information is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to the developer or any third party:

This data:
• Remains solely on your device
• Is NOT shared with the developer

• Is automatically deleted when you uninstall the application
3. Advertising Data (Google AdMob)
This application uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may automatically collect the following data to provide and personalize ads:
✓ IP address (for approximate location)
✓ Advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS devices)
✓ Device information (model, operating system version)
✓ Interaction data (ads viewed, taps, time of interaction)
✓ Crash logs and performance data related to ad display

3-bis. In-App Purchases (Google Play & Apple App Store)
This app offers a non-consumable in-app purchase to remove advertisements. All transactions are processed exclusively by Google Play or the Apple App Store. The developer does not collect, store, or access your payment information. Your purchase receipt and transaction ID are managed by the respective store and are subject to their privacy policies: Google Play and Apple.
4. User Consent (GDPR - EU/UK/EEA/Switzerland)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, Switzerland, or other regions requiring consent under GDPR:
• You will be asked for explicit consent before any advertising data is collected
• You may choose between personalized ads, non-personalized ads, or no ads (where applicable)

• "Keep Screen On" function during exercises
• Customizable options to enable/disable sounds
• Local tracking of breathing progress and statistics
• "Practices" section with daily wellness tips and suggestions
3. Permitted Use
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Golden Primate for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree NOT to:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application
• Use the application for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to extract source code or bypass any technical limitations
• Use the application in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
4. Important Notices
4.1 Not a Medical Substitute
Golden Primate does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The application is for wellness and relaxation purposes only. Do not use Golden Primate as a substitute for professional medical care. Consult a physician before starting any breathing practice if you have any medical conditions, including but not limited to: respiratory disorders, cardiovascular disease, epilepsy, anxiety disorders, or pregnancy.
4.2 Practices Section Disclaimer
The content in the "Practices" section is for informational and educational purposes only. It does NOT constitute:
• Medical or therapeutic recommendations
• Professional prescriptions or diagnoses
• Certified health advice
• Guaranteed results
You assume all responsibility regarding the adoption of these practices into your daily routine.
4.3 Technical Features
• The screen may remain active during sessions to display timers (if you enable this feature)
• All sounds are optional and customizable
• Data is stored locally on your device unless otherwise specified in the Privacy Policy
5. Advertising (Google AdMob)
This application uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. By using Golden Primate, you acknowledge and agree that:
• AdMob may collect device data, IP address, advertising identifiers, and interaction data as described in the Privacy Policy
• Ads may be personalized based on your interests unless you opt out via:
- Your device settings (Limit Ad Tracking on iOS)

6-bis. In-App Purchases
Golden Primate offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase to remove advertisements. All purchases are processed and managed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Refunds, cancellations, and billing inquiries are subject to the respective store's terms and policies. The developer does not process payments or have access to your financial data.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not guarantee:
• Continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted service availability
• Absence of bugs, errors, or technical issues
• Specific results from breathing practice or wellness activities
• Effectiveness or safety of suggested practices in the "Practices" section
You assume all responsibility for:
• The use of breathing techniques and wellness practices
• The adoption of any suggested practices
• Any consequences, injuries, or adverse effects resulting from application use
In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the application.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Giordano Di Clemente from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the application, or your violation of any third-party rights.
